Apple ultra-portable to pack 13-inch display; next “MacBook” may be yawner
Interesting news from Apple. I have been wondering what the next upgrades would be. I’m quite partial to the MacBook and was even thinking of starting to scrape a lot of money together to get one later. I still wonder about how useful the OS X interface is, so I haven’t completely decided yet. I mean what’s up with ripping off the menu of an application and stuffing it at the top? Can anyone explain to me what the benefit is of that?
A forthcoming update to Apple Inc.’s 13-inch line of consumer MacBooks won’t deliver much in terms of new features, AppleInsider has learned. Meanwhile, the dimensions of the company’s ultra portable sub-notebook initiative are taking shape, with word that the ultra-thin and lightweight mobile Mac will be based around a 13-inch LED-backlit display.

Somebody told me the other day that the reason OLED isn’t used much, is because it is typically used up in a few years. Knowing the way Apple thinks about customer service, I’d have to guess that there won’t be some kind of trade-in program.
