The end of April is coming closer and according to the rumor mill Canon is going to release a new full frame camera. Canon.de allegedly showed the EOS 5D Mark II on their site and the Italian Canon site is rumored to have shown a EOS 3D… I still highly doubt Canon is going to release a new digital SLR camera this month. I think historically they’ve never released a digital SLR in this time of the year and I think Canon sticks to its habits. Also the mysterious tsiphoto user on the dpreview.com forums has been very quiet. He pops up every couple of months just before the launch of a new camera and mentions some details about an upcoming camera. At this moment his last post was three months ago. So don’t bet on a new digital SLR coming out anytime soon. I do hope I am wrong though. :)
